The Ohio Brewery That Started Over a Shared Beer
Founders Brent and Eric sat down, conversed over a beer, and came upon an epiphany. Why not create a brewery themselves? With their mixed skills of brewing and investing, the name Saucy Brew Works was born in 2017 with the help of a bit of luck, a bottle of wine, and lots of hard work and passion. Now with five different locations and selling to multiple different pubs, Saucy Brew Works is a brewery that takes pride in its ingredient quality and sustainable practices. Starting with the quality of water to lab tests ensuring all ingredients are consistent and safe, Saucy Brew Works puts their customers first and delivers great beer without the damage of added waste.

Why Coffee and Beer?
As Saucy Brew Works proved, why not? Beer wasn’t the only thing Saucy Brew Works was passionate about. Coffee became a staple connection around the team members at the brewery, and with the similarities between beer and coffee’s processes, techniques, and the ability to be creative with numerous flavors, it just made sense to add coffee to the Saucy Brew Works identity. First opening in July of 2020, Saucy Coffee began serving handcrafted specialty beverages such as the What’s His Nuts? Latte, inspired by What’s His Nuts? Stout beer and began building out many other Saucy coffeehouse staples. At Fairfax Market Cafe, Saucy Coffee serves their popular house roast, and their classic hand-crafted specialty lattes, pour-overs, drip coffee, and much more.
